What We Do
Hurricane In A Box was created to support small niche industries and professional organizations deliver outstanding conference and meeting results. We observed that professionals in associations were spending their time and brain power learning how to become hospitality managers instead of doing the work their areas of expertise demand of them.
We know you’re busy and you don’t need another career. Securing and setting up meeting space, creating symposium agendas, coordinating speaker’s calendars, sourcing affordable lodging and making sure guests are able to manage some normal life (like diet) is a just a part of what we do, so you don’t have to.
